Terms and Conditions
• Please order through email. Calls and sms regarding order will NOT be entertained.
• Genuine buyer. No cheaters. If u want to cancel just tell us, we don't eat people =)
• We have the right to refuse over demanding and rude customers.
• Price is fixed. We will try to give our best in terms of pricing and services.
• All Sales are final. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable.
• No refund once payment is done unless items ordered are out of stock
• This is very important. Reservation is allowed for 36 hrs ONLY. After that all reservations without payment will automatically canceled. Applicable also if u pay on 3rd day after confirm taking the item; we will refund ur money if the item has been sold. Whoever pays first, get the item first.
• We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
• We ship items ordered/paid 2 times a week. Reservations are only for 36 hrs. meaning if u order on thursday, u ve to make a payment before or on saturday. We need time to check payment, check inventory and wrap items before shipping it out. So give us sometime to wrap ur items. After payment is made, Items will be sent out in 1-3 business days. If you fail to make full payment as we agreed ur reservation on the item will be automatically canceled without prior notice. Some items are only valid for 24 hrs reservation.

- 4-7 items = rm7
- East Malaysia
- 1-3 items = RM9
- 4-7 items = rm13
Shipping via Post Express
- West Malaysia/East Malaysia = RM3
• Shipping Method : Courier Servie: Kangaroo/Post Express only
• Shipping days on Wednesday and Thursday. Meet Up will be on thursday ONLY
• NO COD. Payment must be made before meeting. Meet up will be held at Setiawangsa Area. If u live, working, studying outside Setiawangsa, we suggest u to opt for postage as we have to handle more than 200 hundred orders per week(thank you so much to all =) ) Currently only 2 people who is full time student handle everything.

How to order?
Due to overwhelming orders, thank you to everyone who supported justsolovelyy, new order details have been added up.

IMPORTANT THINGS:
Customer with good history will get priority to book the item.
If u re overdemanding, rude, backout buyers(too many times backout), late payment(although we already stated booking is only for 2 days), consider ur email we ve marked it as spam
NOTE : Meet up days available on thursday ONLY. time to pickup = at noon
2) Important: Set your topic as confirm/enquries. CONFIRM means the item is yours if available. Enquriry the item does not mean you are confirming the item. Please state CONFIRM. It is very Important.
3) After confirmation, we will reply your email and state whether the item available or not. If it is available Justsolovelyy will provide you total payable and banking details.
4) Bank in the money within 36 hrs period, either using online/manual transaction( atm machine, counter). If u think u cannot email us within the time stated please email us asap.
5) Take the picture of the receipt/ or scan it and email to us to proof of payment. Please state date/time/from what bank to cimb/maybank. This is VERY IMPORTANT. Do email us u ve made the payment and the details or else we won't know.
6)Do wait for us to reply. We will reply within 48 hours time,
Dont worry if after u ve made payment we dont reply you straight away , we might be sleeping, studying , eating//.
6) After confirming your payment, we will mail out ur item. If Backout Happens , there will be no refund.
7)If u deposit larger amount at atm/deposit machine ,please email us with ur account number. We will transfer the balance. If u insist us to put the balance inside the parcel, we will not responsible for the any lost during shipment.
8) Wait for ur item to be arrived. Estimated Delivery TIme 1-3 business days. Tracking number will be given upon request.

We prefer Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks or through ATM Machine. For atm machine, u ve to scan the receipt to proove payment.
Do make payment only after u get the total and confirmation from us.
Terms and Conditions:
* Changing to any codes is not allowed if you already confirm/paid
* Please Book item if you are serious taking it. This is not fair for everyone else which really interested with the item u reserved before. (kesian kat org yg lain yg betul2 nak cepat tapi x dapat)
* Reservation strictly for 36 hrs only. If payment is not received in 36 hrs after confirmation, all items reserved will be released to next interested buyer. Please take this matter seriously, yes we want the payment done fast because we need the money to buy new stocks.
* Only serious buyer will be entertained. Returned customer with good history ( not over demanding) will be given priority to book items.
* No Preorder to avoid issues in future such as items are no longer available at supplier and etc.
* No haggle. Price is fixed.
* Free shipping for 5 items available for penisular malaysian address ONLY. FREE SHIPMENT VALID FOR PAYMENT WITHIN 24 hrs
